I once heard Shirley Fike say that just about everyone can get their Blood Pressure to normal in 3 to 5 days.
Use a cup of Soy Protein daily (of course you will mix it with water, that's best) and eat just protein foods for the 3 to 5 days.
Some vegetables are alright, but keep the carbohydrates to a minimum.
Keep track of your blood pressure and when it reaches normal, you can start slowly adding carbs, keeping track of how many carbs you're eating and your blood pressure.
When you see BP increasing, cut back on the carbs - that's your level of tolerance.
